[8] As a user I want to add feeds to collections

Add the "Add Feed to Collection"-Screen displaying every feed that's not in the current collection. Clicking on one feed entry closes the view and adds the selected feed to the collection -> Only one feed can be added at a time.

• Create new view allowing to select and add a feed
• Create a method to add a feed to a collection
