[8] Expand Serialization

Description

Initialize everything inside of the constructors

ToDo

• Use the model inside of the deserialization-constructor of articles and collections to initialize children
• Make sure (by writing a cleanup()-method if necessary) that files not connected to any alive object get deleted to prevent them from just being loaded on next launch

Acceptance Criteria

• Everything is initialized inside of the constructors
