 by omitting image deletion

- move Dockerfile to root dir
- set correct default port for node server
- include node_modules folder in final docker build

- correct path to Dockerfile in CI script
- deactivate CI-Pipeline filter (existing tag)

- images of apps are stored in private registry anyways
- we dont have a chart registry, so they have to move to the infra repo

- user todo-application path

- this could disrupt the effective publishing of the images
- starting to write nice commit messages ;)

- get commands right

Now tweakin it a little bit more.
